Lydia Parker, originally from New York, is a director, writer and actor.  She co-founded Over Here Theatre Company in 2002 which produced American plays and comedy sketch shows in London, including her own plays Gringo and American Dream at the Union Theatre and New Wimbledon Studio.  She has since directed sketch shows, plays and live performances of sitcoms including several at the Sitcom Trials at the Leicester Square Theatre. She is currently directing a monthly sketch show at the Albany, Radio Rejects. Lydia also writes comedy for BBC Radio 4.
